Staying here was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and had three futons perfectly lined with a typical low table, making it very comfortable for a traditional ryokan. The staff went above and beyond, from helping with heavy luggage to preparing gluten-free breakfast with a smile. The location, although quiet and lovely, was a bit far from food and entertainment. The dining was exceptional, offering a special and extensive menu. Overall, a clean and friendly ryokan with some minor location challenges.
